September 8, 2017 - River North Design District Fall Gallery Walk

Lightology hosts a kickoff party beginning at 5 pm at 215 W. Chicago Avenue.

Kasia Kay Art Projects will be representing featured artist Rubem Robierb at this event, whose work will be on view from September 8th-30th at Lightology. He utilizes multi-media processes to explore the fragility of life by contrasting the innocent beauty of butterflies and flowers, or expressions of love, with symbols of violence - bullets and grenades This contrast serves as a metaphor and invites criticism of war and destruction. Robierb's work has shown internationally in numerous solo and group gallery exhibitions, as well as at various international art fairs.
